OUR COMMITMENT

Tranx Financial Services d/b/a NadaPay is committed to the highest standards of financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance. We operate a robust compliance program designed to detect and prevent Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Fraud, and Sanctions Evasion.

REGULATORY STATUS

NadaPay is a financial technology company, not a bank. We partner with regulated financial institutions, including banks and licensed money transmitters, to provide banking and payment services.

US Operations: Services in the United States are facilitated through our partnership with FDIC-insured banks and FinCEN-registered Money Services Businesses (MSBs).

Global Operations: International services are provided through a network of locally licensed partners in respective jurisdictions.

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) PROGRAM

Our AML program includes:

Customer Identification Program (CIP): We verify the identity of all individual and business customers using documentary and non-documentary methods.

Know Your Customer (KYC) / Know Your Business (KYB): We perform due diligence to understand the nature of our customers' activities and source of funds.

Transaction Monitoring: We utilize advanced real-time monitoring systems (provided by leading Third-Party Risk Partners) to detect suspicious patterns and velocity spikes.

Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR): We file necessary reports with regulatory authorities (e.g., FinCEN) when suspicious activity is detected.

SANCTIONS SCREENING

We screen all customers and transactions against global sanctions lists, including:

OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control - USA)

UN (United Nations Security Council)

HMT (Her Majesty's Treasury - UK)

EU Consolidated List

We do not open accounts for or process transactions involving individuals, entities, or jurisdictions sanctioned by these bodies.

DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

We adhere to strict data protection standards (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable). All sensitive customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and necessary Service Partners.

LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION

NadaPay cooperates fully with law enforcement inquiries. We maintain a dedicated channel for verified legal requests (subpoenas, court orders, warrants). Law enforcement officials may contact compliance@nadapay.io for assistance.

PROHIBITED BUSINESSES

To ensure the safety of our ecosystem, we strictly prohibit the use of our services for certain high-risk activities, including but not limited to:

Illegal drugs and controlled substances.

Unlicensed gambling or betting.

Ponzi or pyramid schemes.

Weapons and munitions.

Adult entertainment.
